A marketplace designed for more people
Accessibility
FindSpaceNow is working to make commercial lease search, listing details, Space Briefs, inquiries, and broker workflows usable by people with a wide range of abilities and assistive technologies.
Our target: We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the product’s accessibility target. This statement describes an ongoing commitment and does not claim that every page or third-party component has been independently certified.
Practices built into the experience
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, buttons, links, and form controls.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, dialogs, search controls, and primary workflows.
- Visible focus states and color choices designed for readable contrast.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and smaller screens.
- Text alternatives for meaningful listing and interface imagery.
- Error messages and status updates that are exposed to assistive technology.
- Reduced reliance on color alone to communicate availability, selection, or status.
Ongoing work
Commercial listings may include images, documents, maps, descriptions, or linked services supplied by third parties. We work to improve the accessibility of the core FindSpaceNow experience and to address issues in integrated content where we can. The illustrative marketplace map is always paired with a list view so users can access the same listing choices without relying on the map.
Need information in another format?
If a page, listing, or workflow is difficult to use, contact us and describe the page, the task you were trying to complete, the assistive technology or browser involved if relevant, and the format or accommodation that would help. We will work to provide the requested information or a reasonable alternative.
