Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FindSpaceNow handles information when people search for commercial lease space, create a Space Brief, request a tour, save a listing, submit a listing, or use a broker workspace.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account and contact details, such as your name, work email, company, and role.
• Space Brief criteria, including target market, property type, size, budget, timing, lease preferences, must-haves, and alert frequency.
• Saved listings, tour or information requests, and whether you choose to share Space Brief criteria with a listing representative.
• Broker or owner listing information, property details, media, availability, asking terms, and professional contact information.
• Messages, feedback, and support requests you send to us.

Information collected automatically

• Limited browser storage used for analytics consent choices and temporary interface state.
• Technical information needed for hosting, security, fraud prevention, and reliable delivery, such as device, browser, request, and network information.
• Google Analytics interaction data only as permitted by your analytics choice. Our event design uses normalized market categories and excludes account contact fields and free-text listing names.

How we use information

• Provide commercial lease search, matching, saved-space, Space Brief, alert, tour-request, listing, and broker-workspace features.
• Route inquiries to the appropriate listing representative when you ask us to do so.
• Verify, moderate, synchronize, and display commercial listing information.
• Communicate service updates, requested alerts, and responses to support requests.
• Understand product usage, improve search quality, prevent abuse, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations.

When we share information

• Listing representatives and brokers: when you request information, request a tour, or affirmatively share Space Brief criteria.
• Service providers: vendors that help us host, secure, measure, store, or deliver the service, including Vercel and—when analytics is allowed—Google Analytics.
• Legal and safety purposes: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or enforce our terms.
• Business changes: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

FindSpaceNow does not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Analytics and your privacy choices

Google Analytics is configured through Google Tag Manager. Analytics storage defaults to denied. If you select “Allow analytics,” analytics storage is granted; advertising storage, advertising user-data signals, and advertising personalization remain denied. You can change the choice at any time using the “Privacy choices” control on the marketplace.

Google requires sites using Analytics to disclose its use and how data is processed. You can review Google’s Privacy Policy and learn how Google safeguards Analytics data.

Retention

We retain account, listing, inquiry, Space Brief, professional-application, and consent records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and security records, honor suppression requests, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Marketing suppression records may be retained to prevent an address from being reimported. The canonical Google Analytics property uses a 14-month event and user-data retention setting.

Your choices and requests

• Use “Privacy choices” to allow or revoke analytics storage.
• Update or pause a Space Brief and its alert cadence from your workspace.
• Use the unsubscribe or preference link included in eligible email communications.
• Request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information associated with you by emailing us. We may need to verify the request.
• Clear browser storage through your browser settings to remove locally stored consent and interface state.

Security and children

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. FindSpaceNow is a business-oriented commercial leasing service and is not intended for children under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service, vendors, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
